At Bacher Systems, sustainability is an expression of our lived responsibility and an integral part of how we do business. As an IT service provider, we consciously consider the impact of our decisions on the environment, society, and the economy, and take responsibility wherever we can make a meaningful difference. We view sustainability as a holistic, long-term approach that goes beyond regulatory requirements and is guided by recognized standards as well as clear internal principles.
Environment
For us, responsibility also means the careful use of natural resources. As an IT service provider, we have an environmental impact—particularly through energy consumption, mobility, and resource use in office and IT operations.
We are committed to the mindful and efficient use of energy and materials, support waste reduction and recycling initiatives, and promote resource-efficient ways of working in our daily operations.
Our goal is to reduce environmental impact and embed ecological responsibility into our processes over the long term—wherever our decisions and actions can have a tangible effect.
Social
People are at the heart of our responsibility. We foster a work environment shaped by appreciation, respect, and fairness—one that embraces diverse perspectives and life paths.
A key element of our social responsibility is Life in Balance. We believe that sustainable performance is only possible when professional demands and personal realities are in balance. Accordingly, we create conditions that support work-life integration, health, and long-term well-being.
Diversity, equal opportunity, and personal development are fundamental components of our responsible corporate culture. In addition, we encourage social engagement, for example through corporate volunteering activities.
